Mom Boss responsible for finding the best solution and products to support other parents and grandparents in caring for babies and raising amazing children. I am excited to be part of the team here at Fawn and Doe Baby Co! My favorite part of this work is that my co-workers are also my family. I am a single mom of one wonderful son and prior to venturing into the baby marketplace, I was a realtor for many years and thus came to this e-commerce platform from a very customer centric perspective. I always loved to see the smiles on the faces of my clients when everything fell into place and my clients took possession of the perfect home. Another thing that I am super passionate about is reducing harmful chemicals in our homes, especially surrounding our children. That is why I source excellent quality, socially responsible, natural and earth friendly products that I would want to use on my own baby. Fawn & Doe Baby Co. is an idea that has been part of my identity for over 30 years. While I cannot claim ‘founder’ status, giving birth to one of the founders does give me an honorary status. In my professional career I spent over 10 years serving young single parents who became mothers in less than ideal circumstances. Those brave and determined women taught me about resilience. They taught me that you can love a child no matter what your physical circumstances are and that love, and a few necessities are enough to raise a healthy child. At Fawn & Doe Baby Co. we listen carefully to what pregnant and new mothers need and what concerns them about the journey of parenting. We aim to answer as many of those needs as we can by the products we provide and discussions we ignite. At the same time, we are listening to the earth as it is tapped to provide those ‘things’ that mothers need and aim to be respectful of its resources. Most of all, I love working with strong creative women. I am humbled by my partners’ abilities to bring an idea and their passions into a reality to serve our new extended family of Customer Moms and Grandparents while contributing to the health and financial well- being of our individual families.
